The delivery time for each product is displayed on the product page, providing you with an expected date range for your order's delivery. Please note that currently, we only deliver within the UK mainland.
Delivery Charges Orders Over £100: Delivery is free of charge.
Orders Below £100: A delivery fee of £5.95 will be applied.
Courier Information We work with the following couriers for timely and efficient delivery:
DPD: Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the following working day and delivered within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You'll receive SMS and email notifications from DPD, including a 1-hour delivery slot on the morning of your delivery. Manage your delivery preferences through the DPD website.
Evri: Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends). Evri provides SMS and email notifications with a 2-hour delivery slot on the morning of your delivery, along with flexible delivery options.
2-Man Delivery with Panther Logistics: Panther will confirm your delivery day a couple of days in advance. If your item requires delivery above the ground floor, please ensure suitable access.
Important Notes Large or Heavy Items: Ensure that the dimensions fit your home and that you're available during the allotted delivery time. Failure to receive the parcel may result in a full redelivery or return fee charge.
