Reporting Damaged Orders
To help us address the damage to your order efficiently, please notify us within 3 days and follow these steps:
Take Photographs: Capture clear photographs showing the damage to your order, both inside and outside of the packaging it arrived in. Additionally, please photograph the courier label attached to the package.
Provide Details: Include a detailed description of the damage along with your order number in your email and send it to hello@sazy.com.
